The birth of the proactive management concept
Carfleet’s story is one of natural evolution, born of automotive expertise and a constant desire to innovate in response to real business needs.
It all began in a traditional garage, Evodrive Sàrl (formerly Winkler Auto Moto). Faced with the fact that vehicles often arrive at the workshop too late, an idea emerged: what if we reversed the approach? Instead of waiting for vehicles to arrive at the garage, why not go and meet them?
The result was a pioneering on-site check-up service, first offered to Ascenseurs Menétrey. The service was an immediate success: preventive interventions prevented premature wear and significantly reduced maintenance costs.
