On average, it takes 2 to 3 months to become fully operational. This time allows us to integrate your fleet, understand your processes and implement an optimal solution tailored to your specific needs.

The frequency of check-ups depends on your activity and the use of your vehicles. In principle, a construction van requires more frequent checks than a passenger car used mainly on the freeway. We'll work with you to define the optimum frequency, which can vary from monthly to half-yearly, depending on your needs.

Yes, our 360° management customers have permanent access to our fleet management platform. Here, you'll find all your fleet information: vehicle lists, allocations, documents (check-ups, insurance, etc.), mileage, scheduled maintenance and financial data. A customizable dashboard lets you view essential information at a glance.

Our 360° management operates on a monthly subscription model with predictable fixed costs. A la carte services are subject to specific quotes discussed in advance of each intervention.

Our support team is available during normal business hours and deals with emergencies immediately. For non-urgent requests, we guarantee a response within 24 hours. Outside business hours, drivers have access to dedicated emergency contacts.

We do not offer a trial period, as the implementation of effective fleet management requires real organizational change. It takes around a year to fully optimize processes and observe the first significant results.
